Constructed by Higgins Homes, this project was a large new build estate with the majority of properties being for sale and the remaining 30 for shared ownership.
The project consisted of a total 230 studio, single, double and three bedroom flats and 30 three and four bedroom houses. Promech Services carried out all of the heating and domestic water systems and installed a combination of Potterton Powermax Stores and Vaillant combi boilers to the properties. |
