The Plasitow Hospital development for Galliford Try consisted of 128 new build and 37 refurbished apartments made from the existing structure.

The new build apartments were fitted with combi boilers, and the refurbishment apartments have it's own LTHW system and plant room.

Promech fitted heating systems, domestic water systems and bathrooms/kitchens.

Promech also carried out the designs for this project.
