Northway House was a large new build development carried out for Durkan and consisted of 149 apartments with mixed tenure and the inclusion of underground car park with multi-story basement levels.
We were responsible for carrying out the installation to all mechanical services requirements in the project. The infrastructural installation included energy centre complete with CHP, boilers, LTHW system serving Heat Interface Units to the apartments, drainage, AOV, environmental systems and controls. Promech also carried out the heating, domestic water and drainage system within the apartments, plus sprinkler installations within the main tower block. |
