Phase 1 and 2 of our works completed at Erith Park.
Once a sprawling estate of high rise 1960’s tower blocks, the creation of Erith Park has transformed the area for local residents. A mixture of affordable, shared ownership and for sale properties, are all finished to a high standard and the external designs are very pleasing to the eye. On the first previous phase Promech installed an energy centre to provide for the heating requirements of the apartments. Comprising of 6no 400kw MHS gas boilers, three SAV Loadtracker CHP units, a series of Grundfos pumps. Promech installed a full controls and building management system giving the facility for remote control, monitoring and interrogation of all elements of the system. Inside the apartments, Evinox heating interface units were specified to provide heating and hot water and heating provided by panel radiators. A range of modern sanitary ware was provided by Promech to compliment the contemporary surroundings. |
