The apartments' heating systems were mostly system boilers with pressurised cylinders while the remaining 11 of for sale apartments were fitted with 30KW combi boilers.
A total number of 67 apartments had solar systems installed. These consisted of solar cylinders which were fitted in the hallway cupboard of the apartments & solar panels installed on the roof in south facing A frames.
