Promech Services carried out all of the mechanical services to the project. Mains water distribution pipepwork to each of the flats came from the tank and booster set room located in the underground car park. The water mains also provided the watering points to the garden areas and bin stores. The apartments' heating systems were mostly system boilers with pressurised cylinders while the remaining 11 of for sale apartments were fitted with 30KW combi boilers. A total number of 67 apartments had solar systems installed. These consisted of solar cylinders which were fitted in the hallway cupboard of the apartments & solar panels installed on the roof in south facing A frames. |
