The Abbeyfields Court project was a new build retirement home constructed by Kind & Co for Swale Housing Association.
The project consisted of 36 single bed and 3 double bed flats, each with their own bathroom and kitchen. The communal areas of the building also had a large kitchen and dining area, laundry room, hair dressers facilities, sitting rooms and assisted bathrooms. Promech Services carried out the design and installation of all mechanical works to the building, which included the plant room with a large water tank, water softener, pumps, booster sets and three 150 KW boilers. Promech Services also installed the sanitaryware, low surface temperature radiators and domestic hot & cold water to all communal and residential areas of the building. |
